This weekend, Master Sporty was in the State School Spectacular. Dancing. It was pretty special to see this kid and one of his sporty mates in sparkles dancing to spice girls. And he loved it.
To achieve this sparkly goodness involved 3 train trips to the city in one day. And 3 back out. Drop off, little brother pickup halfway through matinee and then my chance to see the show.
Which meant 3 trips without a kid with me. And 3 chances to write. It’s almost as if I orchestrated the whole situation.
