Winter sports are back! Which means lots of sidelines for me.
The rules of winter sport:
– I ALWAYS, ALWAYS watch games my kids are playing in.
– Training and warmups are fair game.
So here goes…
First up, the couch on a Sunday evening.
And then Monday morning, I went for a run. And saw my favourite thing… pink seagulls. You know when the morning light hits them just so. And a story idea came outta nowhere. Not written yet, but Siri got a talking to, while I ran.
On Tuesday, I was booked in for an iron(man) infusion. Apparently, I’m a little low on the stuff, and I might feel a whole lot better with the right amount of iron in my bloodstream. But luckily, my appointment came with a whole lot of writing and research time.
