So, I just dumped my manuscript into the Hemingway app, and it highlighted hard to read sentences. It also, for reasons I don’t understand, highlighted the words/phrase “just”, “really” and “I think”.
I really lean on those a lot!
Anyhoo, I popped back over to my friend Microsoft Word and used the find function, followed by the delete key.
There’s a few justs left, but not many.
There’s 1 really left.
And I don’t think I think anymore.
And EVERY SINGLE sentence I deleted them from sounds better.
Just saying.
