Where I Wrote Wednesday #25

Where I Wrote Wednesday #25

Friday night. Collingwood final. Boys all out. Me home by myself.

First, I started with the to do list. Crossed off about 6 things.

Then I just sat down and wrote and edited. It was just glorious.

Then, I completed some modules from the chapter book course I’m doing with the AWC.

The course said to watch children’s cartoons to see how stories are told, etc…

So, to finish up, I went to bed and watched Bluey.

And Collingwood won. Happy family all round.

Right, now that’s out of the way… I got my 10 minutes in 6 days out of 7 this week. This is how it panned out…

Thursday: boring 10 minutes in front of the footy. No good for my Bombers, although I wasn’t really watching.

Friday – 2 glorious hours in my office; curled up on the couch in my office to be exact!

Saturday, I wrote in the back seat of the car, while the hubby dropped myself and the little to his end of soccer season mini golf game!

Saturday afternoon, I had a few minutes spare (between soccer and footy presentations), so I sat out the back with a bird on my shoulder and wrote some stuff.

And Sunday… back on the couch.

Monday, hiding behind he laptop screen. Yawning. A lot.

Tuesday, I fell asleep. No writing. Not even 10 minutes.

Wednesday, that’s today. I’ll tell you about today. I had 2 hours on public transport. I was rapt! Figured I had me some writing time. But would you believe the day job got in the way and I spent those 2 hours doing constructive stuff for someone else.

Disappointed

Writing later at home.
